Dr. Michael L. Hutchings (aka Dr. “Mike“) graduated from the prestigious University of California San Francisco School of Dentistry in 1980 and has continued his education with extensive postgraduate training, including completion of a 2-year General Dentistry Residency in 1995. His continuing education achievements were honored in 1997 when he was awarded Mastership in the Academy of General Dentistry and became “Board Certified” by the Federal Services Board of General Dentistry and the American Board of General Dentistry. Since entering private practice, he has been recognized as one of America’s Best Dentists by both the National Consumer Advisory Board and by the Consumers Research Council of America .
Dr. Mike committed to ensuring the highest level of compassionate care is provided to his patients. Dr. Ilona Sibirtsev, D.D.S.

Dr. Ilona Sibirtsev received her DDS from New York University College of Dentistry. She graduated from Brooklyn College - City University of New York with an undergraduate degree in Philosophy of Law and Economics. Ilona completed her postdoctoral training in General Practice Dentistry at New York Presbyterian-Queens, a Level 1 trauma center, where she served as a first responder for Oral and maxillofacial surgery. Her training includes clinical experience in exodontia, endodontics, periodontics, prosthodontics, pediatric dentistry and special needs dentistry.
She completed a rotation in Bellevue Hospital in New York City where she served as an oral surgery intern and gained experience in surgical extractions, biopsies, as well as soft and hard tissue hemi-sections for patients with oral cancer. Her training in New York Presbyterian Hospital also included rotations in Oral Pathology, Anesthesia, Infectious Disease, Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine.
Dr. Sibirtsev maintains membership in the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Virginia Dental Association as well as Peninsula Dental Association. Dr. Sibirtsev is a certified Invisalign provider. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her rescue dog Sylvester. Dr. Sibirtsev is currently accepting new patients at Hampton Family Dentistry.
